INTRAPRENEURS: these are the people to whom the programme is dedicated, who have ideas to turn into innovative solutions through the guidance of enablers and sponsors.
ENABLERS: our managers who act as IDEA SCOUT and IDEA CONNECTORS, bringing ideas to the attention of the Sponsors and supporting the intrapreneurs in the development of projects.
SPONSORS: senior figures in the organisation who govern the budget and can use it to feed into the strategic plan. They provide a clear vision of the business and the appropriate resources.
